Why Should You Take Part in the Training?
Until recently, the market for support services in the context of a crisis was reserved exclusively for psychologists, crisis interventionists, psychotherapists.
For some time now, the situation has changed dramatically, as such forms and strategies for helping people in crisis have been developed that this assistance can - successfully - also be provided by people without psychological training (especially in the case of crises of low and medium severity), but after appropriate preparation and training.
This opens up tremendous professional and business opportunities for any person who decides to pursue activities in this professional/business niche. Below are the key benefits of participating in the training.

Above all, after the training you will be able or capable of providing First Aid to people in psychological crisis.
You can become a specialist who is the first to provide emotional and psychological support, to a person experiencing a highly stressful or crisis event. Then, if necessary, you will be able to redirect such a person to further work with a specialist.
By minimizing the chance of a situation in which the crisis in such a person reaches a much higher intensity.
You will gain a unique, marketable qualification....
There is no doubt whatsoever that there is a dramatic shortage of specialists in providing assistance in stress and crisis situations in Poland today. This is being spoken and written about more and more in the media.
Thus, there is a huge unmet market need. Millions of potential clients do not have access to the help they are looking for. This opens up tremendous professional and business opportunities for those who gain competence in this field.

By applying the knowledge, you gain to business, you can gain a market advantage and build a business based on a unique strategy....
Taking into account the huge needs of the market, the Crisis Consultant™ specialization opens up the possibility of developing your business by complementing it with a Psychological First Aid strategy, the foundation of which is an extremely successful business model: "diagnosis - support - consultation - redirection".
Obtaining a Crisis Consultant certificate, is the first step to certification and competency as a Crisis Coach/Mentor....
If you decide that you want to develop further, then after you have earned your Crisis Consultant certificate you can opt to attend the elite Crisis Coach/Mentor training.
This provides incredible opportunities for growth in Positive Crisis Psychology and career and business development.

...a few more words on the idea of Emergency First Aid...
Psychological first aid has been endorsed by leading international organizations such as the World Health Organization, the National Institute of Mental Health and the American Red Cross. PFA community education standards, are implemented in countries around the world, WHO lists a whole list of countries that implement this type of program.
We have completed a certified Psychological First Aid course, promoting the RAPID model which is a structured form of providing Psychological First Aid in a crisis. The RAPID model as one approach to psychological first aid is used and taught at Johns Hopkins Health Care Solutions in the US, among others.
The proposed Psychological Crisis First Aid course follows both the WHO guidelines and the RAPID method used in the US.

Where did the idea of Psychological First Aid come from?
The idea of Psychological First Aid (PFA) was born around 1940, but it has begun to grow significantly in recent years. So much so that in 2016, the regular Word Mental Health Day conference organized by the World Health Organization (WHO) was devoted entirely to the topic of Psychological First Aid available to everyone: Psychological First Aid for all. Supporting People in the Aftermath of Crisis Events. The WHO has also defined and published guidelines for PFA management.
The training follows the model recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO)
What specific model do we use?
We use the RAPID model, which we have greatly expanded, which indicates the five key steps provided in providing initial psychological assistance to a person in crisis:
R - Reflective listening - relationship building
A - Assessment of needs - assessment of needs and functioning
P - Prioritization - where to start, what is most important?
I - Intervention - aid plan and strategy
D - Disposition - what should happen after the intervention?
We have enriched the model with our many years of practical (crisis interventionists) and research experience in the fields of crisis psychology, psychotraumatology and crisis intervention.
An integral part of the model is also a module on how to take care of yourself and your psycho-physical-emotional well-being as a helper (before helping - during helping - after helping)
